Shyla Young, BSN, RN, FNP-S, is the founder of Pearl Aesthetix—a modern medical aesthetics brand rooted in skill, integrity, and confidence-first care. With over 14 years in healthcare and nearly a decade as a nurse, she brings ICU-level precision and plastic surgery experience to the world of injectables and facial wellness.
Known for her natural results, loyal patient relationships, and refreshing honesty, Shyla is changing the way people think about aesthetics. Through education-first consultations and innovative techniques—like her nearly painless 3-point lip filler method—she helps clients look and feel their absolute best.
A proud wife, mom, and soon-to-be Nurse Practitioner (graduating August 2025), Shyla is on a mission to redefine beauty on her own terms: real, radiant, and unapologetically you.
